Western Campus Ministry

"Western education has offered us a distorted vision
of what an educated person should look like ... .
My entire adult life has been spent in and around educational institutions
watching a formation that leaves its greatest treasure untapped,
a treasure that would move us toward a true maturity
that is a way of life together,
a way that forms new life together."

Willie James Jennings
from After Whiteness: An Education in Belonging

Thank you for your interest in supporting Western Campus Ministry! We envision a student community that is actively seeking to integrate all of life into a seamless moral vision of a flourishing life, culture, society, and world. Through our partnerships (on campus, throughout the London and wider southwestern Ontario community, and globally with our friends in the UK and South Africa), you can be a part of making that happen! Participate, volunteer, offer leadership - the door is open to you!

Love Western Community Pantry

Do you have a heart, mind, and hands for supporting student flourishing, especially students facing food insecurity? Connect with us as we connect on-campus departments with off-campus partners to meet the food needs of our hungry fellow Mustangs. No one should have to live on chicken fingers alone. Check out our Instagram for further information.

Luke's Place Coffee House

Thursday nights from 7 to 9 pm at Luke’s Place (1204 Richmond Street). Experience and participate in community where you can relax, have fun, and meet new people. Our ‘mike’ is open for those who enjoy sharing music, stories, or poetry. Check out the Luke's Place Instagram for further information.

Graduate Student Fellowships

If you're a graduate student at Western, we are developing a unique fellowship that combines one-on-one mentoring, a speaker/conversation series on a range of academic subjects, and practical support for navigating higher education faith-fully. We look forward to hearing from you!
